I only train 3 days per week but was thinking if I should take my preworkout daily even on my days off? Like basically 7 days per week and steady.

Your body will grow a tolerance to the stimulants and they will start to do sfa if you use them too often.

they are called pre workouts because you are supposed to use them PRE working out.

:)

Well, that's what the name says - pre-workout. Therefore, it is best to use them only before working out, as they are supposed to give you an edge during training, and it is quite pointless to use pre-workouts on rest days. Therefore, just use it before working out. Personally, I would recommend DSpark as the optimal preworkout - it has no stims in it, and yet it will give some amazing pumps and energy in the gym. Try to avoid pre-workouts with stims.

I would only take on training days but make sure to supplement with creatine on off days. If you are only getting it 3 days a week, it won't be enough to keep the muscles saturated. I would supplement with 5-10g everyday. I recommend Ancient Strength from N2BM because it is a great blend of 3 types of creatine.

The serving amount is 3 tablets and in typical N2BM fashion you get a 30 day supply, so about 90 tabs.
Each serving of three tabs contains:

Creatine Monohydrate………………………………….4,551mg
Creatine HCL……………………………………………300mg
Creatine Pyruvate………………………………………150mg

Only use your pre-workout on your training days. Using stimulants when they aren't needed will put additional stress on your adrenal cortex and raise cortisol levels.

If you want to supplement with creatine on your off days (although you really only need to supplement it with your workout days), use a stimulant free creatine formula on those days like ancient strength from n2bm.com

Im just curious...why do you want to take your pre po on off days? Is it the caffine, the pump??

I suggest against using stimulant based pre workouts. Give this a try....

Eat a good meal about 45 mins before training. Consisting of protein and carbs. I personally like wild caught salmon and either Brown rice or oats.

Have a cup of coffee or green tea if you need a little boost along with your creatine.

I also take vitamin b50 complex prior to my workout.

This concoction is far superior to a sugary, stmulant, especially fake energy pre workout.
