Dbol off days ??

Since D-bol has a short life of about 5 hours. Do you take it on your off days? If you are taking 20-30 mg's a day and you have an off day doesn't it make sense not to take it? You are cycling and have other gear to more then make up for it.

Of course you do - precisely cos of the half life.

If you don't like to use dbol like you would use an injectable, meaning 3 times per day everyday for 4 weeks non-stop, then use it as a preworkout .. 5mg of real dbol pre-workout made my workout a ton better .. yes 5mg .. I can get a lot out of low doses .. but hey 20 or 30 pre workout will do great ...
 
I kinda see where people are getting at when they are taking a whole bunch of other stuff too but I agree with the guys here.
As already stated since dbol has such a short half life you need to be taking it daily to keep those blood levels stable. You don't want it to go up and down, up and down.
Besides off days are the days when the growth actually happens.
 
Just like all of our fellow brothers are saying hear it needs to be taken every day.. not just because of half life but also because of the response that you are trying to initiate between cellular groups.. you want to have the plasma levels as high as you can for as long as possible even when they drop you want to try to bring the serum levels back up again as frequently as possible, the longer the time span between and takes the less effective it would be.. you can use this drug once a day but when you begin to use it less frequently it no longer represents the property's you are seeking..

When people say they take it occasionally for pre-workout and they feel it, all they are feeling is an increase with blood pressure..they are not feeling the drug because this drug does not work like that..

However you can take your normal dosage on workout days but on days you're off you can lower your dosage but just keep the hormone in you at a minimum of once a day.. because drugs like these operate through numerous functions and you need to keep that chit chat and activation up and open..
