Diet / libido

I've read a few threads on contest prep and libido suffering at extremely low bf % and low fat intake.

I'm NOWHERE near that low. But I'd say over the last 3-4 weeks it has gone down extensively.

My normal booty calls will text me and I pretend like I don't see the texts.... I made an excuse to drop my date off without going up to her place the other day.

I can get it up and perform when duty calls no problem. But I used to fap often....was good for AT LEAST once a day. Now...I'll go days n days. And only do it cuz I think I should. Not getting elections just because lately.

Any experience with this on a prolonged diet / cal restriction?? Wondering if I'm just focused on my goals and not females or if it's more hormonal
 
Are you on cycle now estrogen could be on the rise ?

absolutely

humans run on sugar. restricting sugar can def drop libido over time. i know you are in a cal restriction but add in some fruits and even a small 200 calorie protein bar an hour before booty call time. that will help
 
It can just happen man. I have gone through it myself. Sometimes you just focus on other shit and sex is not the priority. Especially when it is the same old same old. It will rebound I am sure.
 
Mine tends to drop pretty quick when cutting. I’m only 12 days into a cut now and I can already feel a difference.
I am also on my very first sarms cycle of oats, S4, and gw. I started HCGenerate 5 days ago but haven’t noticed any significant difference.
Goals are goals, right?

On another note, I’m also very prone to doing more than I should (overtraining) while in a deficit. I’m that dumb guy that pushes harder when I start to feel like ass. Which I believe will have even more negative effects on libido.
Although, I’m much more aware of it now and I’ll be adjusting my program next week. Going to focus on 4 movements per session RPT, 3 days a week
 
Very normal to have low libido on a very low calorie diet. ESPECIALLY when natural.

That's why it's so important to implement strategic refeeds and high carb days.

Getting lean...that's easy. Getting shredded...that isn't so simple. That's why so many people hire an experienced coach to help them with the process.
 
low sugar levels is like low quality fuel in your body. ıt makes it harder for any performance requiring action. when you are caloric deficit condition, the human body arranges itself so that any luxury actions to be decreased. tries to preserve energy for future. and sex is one of them. and one more thing. low carb diet increases SHBG.
