Hey Everyone I'm about to start running my 12 weeks sarms cycle next week.
Stat - 157lbs , 27, 5'7"

Cycle as below
1-12 ldg
1-12 ostarine
1-12 cardarine
Mini pct
12-15 clomid 50/25/25
Hc generate Es

My goal is to gain as much muscle as possible but also stay lean. What should my diet be like?
Should I be in a calorie surplus/deficit/maintenance?
Should I be taking more protein than I usually do?

To gain requires a surplus. Not a big one though.

I think the only thing That would make you grow on maintenance is tren so yeah, you want a small surplus

are you looking to look good for a wedding or photo shoot? meeting an old flame or high school reunion? then yeah do calorie surplus or deficit. but if you want to look good year round then you never eat in a surplus or deficit. you CYCLE your calories and 'macros' daily. that is how you keep a strong metabolism and stay healthy. so that would not change on sarms either

For the goals you have you probably want a very clean diet in a slight surplus of maybe 300 calories per day

Building muscle requires lots of food. Staying lean at the same time will require that you burn more calories than you eat. You can see how this will conflict eat other. It's more effective to bulk then cut.

So I have decided to just do ostarine and cardarine for my 1st cycle starting Tuesday(ocr 1st). I will be doing lgd and cardarine for my next cycle. My calorie intake will be at 2300 a day. I've heard with sarms you want to keep your protein more than your weight to gain more muscle. Not sure if that's true. So the question is do I need clomid for PCT? or just the hcgenerate is fine?

Great advice. Makes sense how your metabolism will be at peak doing this

keep protein more than weight to gain more muscle is broscience. you build muscle tissue from lifting weights and resistance training over the span of years. plenty of americans eat tons of protein, just go to walmart and watch what is in their cart. eating too much food will just make you fat. so my point is TRAIN SMART and EFFICIENTLY and stop worrying so much about protein this or that or counting calories.

I would eat maintenance. The PEDs should help utilize your caps more efficiently while not giving you any room for weight gain. Just be patient.
