hey guys,
i am following a dietary plan but i need some advice
i go to the gym right after work so i eat me last meal at about 7-7.30 pm
isnt that a bit late for such a big meal ?( 100g rice with chicken and vegetables) i go to bed around 10 pm
i eat around 2.30pm aswel , 4 slices of bread with chicken , maybe i shuld switch those 2 meals and eat the slices of bread after me training at 7.30 pm
