DMAA vs amp citrate

out of the 2 which is the best preworkout and will give me most energy? already using amp citrate now
 
bro i liked the old dmaa not sure if the real stuff is still floating around....never used amp citrate
 
Out of the two, DMAA is definitely the better one, so I would go with it.
 
DMAA was banned for a good reason. it is highly addictive and dangerous for your heart and CNS.

all these pre workouts are a joke. once you start using them you are hooked and they do not help your workouts as you think they do. they hurt your workouts. increasing heart rate is counter productive to building conditioning. I recommend you wean yourself off these pre workouts and stick with a well balanced pre workout meal instead, you can use something like Dspark which will help increase pumps without making you jittery like stims will

I agree with this completely. DMAA is a derivative chemically almost identical to the recreational drug speed. It'll wire you up for your workout - for sure, but it'll also greatly increase cortisol levels and cause you to crash after taking it.

They are often actually counterproductive to your muscle building goals because you will have trouble sleeping after taking the product and that is when your body actually repairs and grows.
 
DMAA will get you really wired but if you can't get ready for a workout without something like that than there is another issue. Maybe diet could be adjusted for better energy. I would personally stay away from stim based pre workouts. They do more harm than good in the long term.
