DMMA legality

Do you guys think DMAA will be legal again? or is it legal now in some derivative I dont know about? I'm not really sure.

Until someone can convince the FDA that is found in the "food supply" and is DSHEA compliant or someone files a NDI/New Dietary Ingredient for it and shows safety, it's not happening. USP Labs tried to fight the FDA on this and didn't get anywhere.

I really doubt it'll ever become legal again.

It would make the fda look really bad. Almost like they made a mistake banning it.

Pretty sure APS still sells Mesomorph which has it. Also there is Jacked Up which is supposed to have it too. APS told me they wont stop making it until the US actually makes it illegal which hasnt happened yet. They said the FDA confirmed its not a supplement and asked supplement companies to stop...which most did...but APS refused to stop making it until it was actually illegal. I grabbed 70 containers of Noxipro before they cut it out. Slowly making my way through it haha. I figure something else will be available by the time i finish.
