I've done that on a few occasions, but actually prefer soy sauce :)

Theres actually no difference in the color eggs vs the white eggs.

Didn't thkn so either but yeah, a nice way to spice it up. Egss are amoung the best for ba in protein source and try to get them in throughout the entire day. As well as keeping it to a minimum of 2 yolks a day.

Never tried eggs that way... Just gotta make sure you're always around noise incase you let the gas loose!

My Sriracha sauce does the same for me... a bit of it with grilled chicken over brown rice gives me the "chinese food" feel.

yeah the sriracha hot sauce is another fav of mine!

Throw in some EVOO with whole eggs bro, that is a serious food test booster haha.

That's what I like to toss in along with the soy to make em like "fried rice" mmmmm

LOVE it, fries them up quite well!

yeah i've heard pros and cons...

well the BRAGG liquid aminos make em taste like that too! even though it reminds me more of a teriyaki taste.

INDEED, the problem is that soy contains certain flavonoids that are good and ones that are bad, which to me is a complete waste.

LEave it to Andrew for all of the nutrition tips! Learned a lot from ya bro!

+1 fpr hard boiled eggs and hot sauce, chilli sauce to be exact and helps ramp up metabolism. I also take em wit a bit of EVOO or EVCO, thanks to Andrew!

I am actually boiling 18 right now as we speak!

soy sauce, chilli sauce, hot sauce... sounds good. what's EVOO? i love eggs. every kind of egg. and about the brown/white egg. i heard the color depends on the sex of the chicken. little useless fact. quick quetion... are you defeating the purpose of a before bedtime shake if its a WHEY shake? I always do the CAS protein shake at night but ran out so slammed a huge Whey last night. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! GO BUCKEYES!!!!

The color of the egg is dependent on the breed of chicken.... so in all reality buying brown eggs is no different then buying white. The only difference you'll find is when you start buying hormone free, free range bird/eggs. But I've tried them all and really... they all kind of taste the same to me unless you get the egg fresh from the coop, which is my personal preference.

Oh my goodness. My sister in law has chickens and one year she had em laying some pretty large amounts of eggs.

Anyways we took some of her eggs..HOLY crap...Tried to make a cake with them things it was like mixing cement. LOL, much harder than store bought eggs.
