Is it safe to take pills and vitamins without any food in your stomach ? Should I make sure to have something little with it or is taking it on its own perfectly safe?
Some vitamins e.g. the fat soluble ones (A, D, E, K) are better to take with a meal containing fat for better absorption and to reduce possible stomach irritation.
It's fine to take supplements on an empty stomach but keep in mind that some supplements are fat soluble so you might be get better results taking them with meals.
