Endurance advice

Hi all. Any advice on an endurance/ power stack & doses? I'm 43 210 pounds. Don't want to get huge just leaner faster & get power up. Cheers!
 
What kind of dose/ frequency so you recommend? I just read an article on using it with Tren. I did a test e tren a cycle. Just started another. Got strong & lean but I think it did affect cardio when pushing really hard. Seems GW fixes that. Cheers for the feedback
 
you want to run gw 14 weeks at 20 mg day... on the days you workout, take the entire 20 mg 30 minutes before you workout... on non workout days, take it first think in the morning, all at once...

^^^^ I'm going to agree with the test and eq stack. its the shit for endurance. throw some winny and/or cardarine in there as well.

i train volume style when going for endurance. compound 3-4 sets of 2-3 exercises and take 30-45sec rest between stacked sets. then at night go and do sprints.

i have found through personal experience that the eq and primo ran in conjunction with sarms provides the most endurance you are going to find from any combination... i've ran every combo you can and i have been training endurance for 15 years... actually even more than that so i KNOW FIRST HAND when some significantly enhances endurance and this is the best combo i have ever come across for it... however NOTHING is going to enhance it like GW (CARDARINE)
 
B12 produces RBCs, and EQ and Testosterone increase RBCs, and T3 stimulates oxygen uptake. Therefore, B12+EQ/TEST+T3= best endurance stack
