I do weights and lots of cardio. Seem to get worn out pretty quickly and was wondering if there was anything supplement wise to help with the effects of over training?

Besides supplements.

Prioritize your training and change your routines.
If you want to focus improving your endurance, doing a lot of weight training on top of that might not be your best approach.
Also how is your diet and sleep?

Just make sure your diet is adequate, your rest is adequate, and you arent doing too much training wise. It all needs balanced
 
before you start throwing products at the problem clean up other aspects of your life

eating is a big one. if you are eating a meal before weight training that will rob you of energy and adrenaline. the body uses 50% of its energy digesting food daily. I like to train fasted for that reason, then you can eat after
