Endurance?

I'm looking to do something that will help my endurance at work. I install pools and the job is very physically strenuous. What would be good to help me from fatigue

Here's the thing. Wayyyyy back in the day I used to do a physical laboring job at a factory. Now it was f'kin grind at times. Once I started jogging to work, then adding two evenings a week and a long Sunday runit got a bit easier. The labor we did in our day jobs was (or is in your case) different from the kind we'd get from exercise.

So do you do any exercise?
What's the diet like? I know guys who labor who eat real bad
How much rest are you getting?
 
The single best supplement you can take for fat loss and and endurance is a PPAR up regulator like cardarine or SR9009 -> https://www.evolutionary.org/cardarine/

The nicest thing about cardarine and sr9009 is that they are not stimulants or hormones so they won't effect sleep, raise cortisol levels or anything like that. It'll cause a huge boost in fat loss and endurance with no side effects.
 
I agree with @muskate - if you are looking something that will boost your endurance at work, that means that you need something that can be used indefinitely, and not in well defined cycles. Therefore, the PPAR modulators are the best option, since they do not have side effects or suppression, so you can take them for as long as you like. Both Cardarine GW and SR9009 are very good options.
 
DO allot of body weight excercises with high reps and sets with high intensity maybe 2-3 x weekly, and focus these sessions on just bodyweight.
You'll notice amazing results when it comes to endurance.

I would do more cardio to improve your cardio. That will help along with eating the right food to keep your body fueled.

As for supplementation, you could use a PPAR upregulator like Cardarine. It is amazing for endurance.
