Epleronone source

I dont know any USA domestic that carries it, you're in USA right? @liquidpennies how high is your BP?
Yes i’m in USA.

only other sources i can think of is a reliable indiamart supplier, but i want to find an alternative USA domestic source.

BP’s fine, although i use a bit of tadalafil daily, and a very low dose of nebivolol daily, and a low dose of telmisartan nightly.

I am getting some bad water retention though, despite not using anything inherently water retentive, drinking lots of water, keep electrolytes in check. i notice using a higher dose of telmisartan helps a lot with this but in regards to water retention in particular, epleronone would be better. so that’s why i’m looking for it.

If you're getting water retention, why aren't you using an AI?

Get your water retention under control. That will go a long way towards your blood pressure in the first place rather than increasing the amount of drugs you're taking.
yea that’s what the epleronone is for, i’m not taking it for BP, my BP is fine with what i’m currently taking, it’s usually like really good actually

i believe it’s aldosterone mediated so by using epleronone at 25-50mg, i can directly inhibit aldosterone mediated water retention caused by RAAS, as with telmisartan it works more and upstream directly inhibits the AT2 receptor so it lowers BP way more than epleronone does, while epleronone directly inhibits downstream aldosterone, which is more for water retention/sodium retention

What other PEDs are you using?

because it doesn’t have to do with estrogen

TRT dose of test and low-medium dose of var, 3IU GH
If you're on TRT you shouldn't have high BP, the BP is likely from HGH and water retention @liquidpennies including diet training cardio supps related, you log it?
and how much is your TRT dose?
