erratic pre workout reviews

Vitasport makes this product called erratic pre workout and it makes some seriously bold claims about all it does. It is interesting they added Pikamilon which breaks down into GABA, which relaxes you, without making you sleepy. I guess a built-in safety in case the product has too much stim for a certain user, the calming agent is in there too. Creatine, Citruline, Agmatine. All of the names are in the erratic pre workout by Vitasport. Any of you guys use this products and is it really that much different than other preworkouts?

It's just another 'me too' stimulant based pre-workout.

I don't like that it has a proprietary blend so you don't know how much each of each individual ingredient you are getting. It is probably loaded with caffeine because caffeine is a very cheap raw ingredient and it's something users instantly feel.

I personally would make my own pre-workout by stacking together a small cup of black coffee + creatine + a b100 vitamin and a non stimulant pre workout.

I personally use D-spark from n2bm.com as my pre-workout. http://needtobuildmuscle.com/store/Pre-Post-Workout-Supps/D-Spark-p239.html

It has way too much of the stims in it, and these are not good for your health, not at all. They will cause certain side effects, will get you crashed, and will stress the heart. It is much better to use pre-workout supplements that don't have stims in them, none at all. For instance, I use DSpark, and it has no stims in it, so there are no side effects with it, which is very good. It gives me great energy and pumps in the gym, and there are no side effects that you can see with stim based pre-workouts. All in all, DSpark is the way to go for me, and ever since I have started using it, I have never looked back to any other pre-workout.

Too much stimulant can be bad for your health dude. If be reading reviews and looking at the ingredients listed..

It is under dosed and they make up for that by putting stims in it. Build your own preworkout and save some serious cash. There are plenty of Bulk powder companies out there that have most of the ingredients you will ever need to make a high quality preworkout that meets your needs.

We talk about these products every single day. They are terrible. If something has a proprietary blend it is a joke. Why would you not list how much of each ingredient is in your product?...something to hide maybe? These products use "sprinkling" as well where the effective ingredients are very low dosed but the cheap ones and fillers make up most of the blend. I say this so many times that you should shop by ingredients and not brand names.

sorry ahead of time for the wordy post:

huge fan of erratic and vitasport. higher stim at 300mg caff anhy per scoop, you'd pry be fine with 1/2 scoop. IMO, way better than any other off the shelf basic pre workout, tastes better than C4. I quit using it because it is a little expensive at nutrishop. I'm 6'1 210, caffeine fiend, erratic gave me a slight rush but mostly clean steady energy and good pumps. I never had to use 2 scoops so the 40 serving container lasted me a while each time.

it doesn't matter if there's a proprietary blend or not, nobody truly ever knows what's in the product but FYI, labdoor.com (no affiliation, not an advert, useful informative site), they test mainstream supps for label accuracy and harmful substances. It blows my mind how many products are nowhere close to what they claim, unfortunately erratic isn't tested yet on there, mostly mainstream ***************** products.

I read what other guys said and agree loads of stim aren't the best for overall health, especially the heart. The more I learn and read about all these pre workouts, the more I want to buy bulk raw ingredients and make my own at the proven dosages and ween off of the caffeine, or use coffee or green tea. way cheaper in the long run too. I just like ots pres for taste and convenience. I wouldn't recommend it to you if you're stim sensitive. It also wouldn't hurt to ask the guy for a couple samples, I'm assuming this is at nutrishop because that's the only place where vitasport sells their products.
