Looking to get a little more info before I take the plunge.
I worked out all of my Macro's
Height - 6'3
Weight - 235
Body Fat - 21%
Lifting Experience - on and off for 15 years
Total Calories - 2538
Total Fat - 183.3 / per day
Total Protein - 190.35 / per day
Total Carbs - 31.725 / per day
I've broken it down even further to what I need per meal. My question is how are green vegetables regarded? Are they a no-no for any other time other than the reefed? And also as far as the fats go, how do you incorporate them? Like cooking a steak with butter? or Mixing coconut oil with a protein shake?
I am still attempting my meal prep for this without screwing it up.
