Extend first cycle? Add-ons?

Hi guys,

Long time reader but first time post. I'm at week six of my first test cyp cycle - have done several PH/DS cycles in the past but this is the first pin cycle. I'm looking to finally cut down to 11%, have tried several diets, cardio etc for about a year and am stalled around 14-15% at 218 pounds.

I've been on Test C 500/week for six weeks, with .5 adex ED (had to go up pretty high due to bloating, E sides). Also hCG at 500/week. Was planning on 12 weeks per everyone's first cycle advice, but due to a new job overseas starting in the fall, I'm probably not going to be able to do anything with needles for several years after this one.

Do you guys think adding four more weeks would be okay, going to 16 weeks at 500mg/week? I've added in T3 and Clen, and am at 2300 cals a day. Cutting slowly, but doesn't look like I'm gonna make it to the goal in time.

The fun question - would anyone recommend adding something for the last 5-6 weeks like primo or mast? Mast sounds really good but everyone says it is a waste at 15% bf. Tren would be a no no right? :o Tests pre-cycle came back with high cortisol - anything you guys take to target that besides Rhodiola and PS?

Why are you on that much HcG on cycle?? 16 weeks is fine as long as your PCT is on point but since it's your first ever AAS cycle 16 is a little long.. If you aren't cutting well on test t3 and clen then your diet sucks man.. Masteron will help but given your bodyfat it's not going to do much for you as far as losing fat.. I'd look into adding some GW and upping your cardio
 
Thanks a ton - I thought 500iu per week was standard for on cycle hCG? Should I go down to 250iu per week? Honestly just using it for aesthetic reasons ahem.

I just started the t3 and clen five days ago so I should prob chill out and see what happens. I also started the first few weeks at 400mg test per week which was prob too low.

I thought my diet was perfect, but I obviously know nothing. I count macros for 250 protein, 100 carb, 40-50 fat a day, but am def open to anything else. Is there a meal plan or service you guys recommend for overthinking endomorphs? I've tried keto, paleo etc and always stall out after I lose a few pounds. Maybe I have a 'set point' problem or something?

Ya what Mike said. Where are you going overseas? If your gonna be there awhile and have an address you can Just order more gear over there and that way your not rushing to extend this cycle.

It's over in France. I would just get gear there but they've been passing some super weird laws about PEDs and I just keep picturing myself losing my visa and being deported by a frenchman, which is literally the worst thing that can ever happen to an american.

Lol... I hear that. Well do some research on it cause thats your best option. Also if your 6wks into your test cyp cycle its a good time run some bloods and see how your gear treatin ya. Just an opinion. Is your gear from a soure off this board if so Im sure the guys here would like to read a review from ya with test levels.;)

Lol^^ honestly you're fine with 500iu split in 2 pins/wk, but just for aesthetic reasons you could probable maintain 95% size on 250iu 2xwk, and 100% on 350. If you want you could drop to 350 and monitor, I think you'll be gtg. I get not wanting the micro balls, 'specially with the "oh no, steroid are bad for you" broads.
 
You kinda seem like you are trying to rush in to add a bunch to your cycle here at the end, because of your situation. I would forget adding Masteron or primo. Neither one is going to help you now. You are too fat for Masteron and primo needs more time to shine. If you want to cut a little more, add in some GW for fat loss. I don't see a problem extending your cycle a bit if your PCT is solid
 
1st off being it your 1st cycle imho extending your cycle from 6wks to 12 or even 18 wks is not going to make a big difference in regards to suppression. Shut down is shut down and where staying on for a matter of years might make it more difficult getting back to YOUR normal test levels after pct a few more wks added on to your 1st cycle @ 6wks WONT! 2nd think of a longer cycle as "time under tension"...the longer period of time your on the more chances u have at stimulating growth with the hormone in your system and perserving nitrogen/muscle mass as u extend that diet even further to get past 14% bf.
3rd iv personnally always like the idea of "adding" things as u go along and hormones start to reach peak concentrations all at once. Test, eq, mast even are all guna be at there highest levels towards the middle to end of your cycle/blast and thats when your going to achieve the most gains. I.e i personally like to throw in an oral or add a fast acting inject the last 6-8wks of a long acting test/eq or deca blast/cycle. Like i said that way blood levels of all compounds reach peak concentrations all at once but in actuality it was a slow build up.
4th-its march 31st and your at 6wks...your leaving in the fall for overseas correct? And this may be the last time u can touch injects...fucking extend that shit til the end of JUNE and then start pct the 2nd wk in July. 8wks of pct should be enough time to recover from your 1st cycle especially if your using hcg. I mean every is a little different and things mite not pan out but thats honestly a small chance. And by extending it to june u have plenty of time now to continue to loose bf and ramp up that conditioning while strong hormones are still in your body perserving lean tissue!
5th and lastly-the fucking summer time is coming champ, lets get ready bro and have some of that good old test running strong through your system at least for the 1st month or 2 of the nice weather

no added steriod is going to make you lose more bodyfat...maybe tren and you not ready for that. diet an rountine control that to a much much futher degree
 
its your decision but it might be time to call it a day and come off and recover

longer you stay on the longer it probably will take to recover.. its a cliché but its true

go there, start working and than maybe try to get more tes and start another run in maybe 6-8 months..........once you kinda learn whats up over there. Get a lay of the land. you ll always be able to buy supps like hcgenerate & hcgen es which also pack the punch of a serm. So just get pct going soon & plan for the times ahead.

learn the laws over there. figure out exaclty what you can & cant do.......than start buying stuff for another run. Moving oversea's is interesting.

Jack the PS I mentioned is phosphatidylserine. Might be helpful in lowering cortisol, but who knows. The studies are small and go either way. e.g. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2503954/

Honestly my doc said I had pseudo-Cushings and was like "destress mannn." A better endo in a real city will probably be a little more helpful so I'll check in with a new doc this fall. All that cortisol def makes it hard to cut even at low cals and cardio.


I'm crushing 90 min cardio almost every day and a good weight routine, skin fold measures are going down very slowly but measurably. I'll keep you guys updated.

Really appreciate the help - this place is the best.

I'll also get that bloodwork done and post in the reviews, add to all the good work you guys have done. Is private MD still the best place to use?

yup... you buy the panel there and refer to the closest lab to run the blood work
 
I liked my first cycle so much that I never really went off. I just bridged. That was 20 ago though. I guess now its called blast and cruise now.
