Good afternoon bros,
It's good to be back!! After my last post, I was called to deploy overseas for an extended amount of time. That meant that I was forced to stop all preparations for the cycle i had intentions on beginning for a period of 12+ months. Although I can't indulge too much about my adventures, i can say that I lifted naturally and achieved a solid 190lbs with a good diet (could have been better) an landed around 9% body fat last time i was caliper measured - 3 weeks ago. I was not able to get on any social media platforms, or any internet while overseas so I was out of the loop on nearly everything.
I am back, I am eating healthier, and I have a different mindset on AAS. While I was training naturally, I really enjoyed getting gains with NO SIDE EFFECTS and pinning. After returning stateside, I began researching in to SARM's. I remember reading about them during my preparation of my previous AAS cycle. At the time I was more about getting AAS big, rather than HOW I got big. Now, I am leaning towards the quality and minimal sides approach rather than the pinning, side effects, etc of AAS. Call me a wimp for "downgrading" to SARM's, but it's extremely attractive to me to achieve good gains, w/o all of the downsides. Now, does that mean I won't ever do AAS again? No, but I've have a lot more perspective on the subject, and I find it doesn't line up with my interests like it used too.
Recently I have been looking in to SARM's (just built a house so I'm very busy) and found that Ostarine (MK-2866), Ligandrol (LGD-4033), GW-501516 being the most popular. Ostarine is ideal because I hear it's not harsh and pays off with pretty good results. I am looking at SARM's1 and thinking about getting the buy 2 get 1 free for it, but I'd like to have everything laid out before I purchase. Diet is not a problem as my soon to be wife owns a healthy eating restaurant and has been a dietitian for a decade - so I got it made on that front. My issue lies in my lack of experience with SARM's.
My goals are to gain 5-10lbs with minimal sides from beginning to end of PCT. Now, I know issues may pop up, especially with LGD having some potential for mild shut down and water retention. I am getting married in 01/17 and we are going to Mexico for the honeymoon. I'd like to gain my weight now and lean down by January in time for the honeymoon.
I feel like I am learning about AAS all over again and I'd appreciate some directions on a first cycle that won't break the bank.
My apologies for the long post, typos, as well as, what seems like lack of preparation. But in my defense, i was very happy to log in to the internet and get to shoot the sh*t with you fellas!
Looking forward to gaining more wisdom and provide some knowledge when I can!!
