Hey all, ive been doing some homework for my upcoming mass phase. Ill be looking to run Test, EQ and GH base, My question is about how to find out the amount of test your body can handle? Is it solely bloodwork or feel or ? I want to trial significantly higher test then ive ever done before and fill in the gaps/with other peds. Ive only ever done small MG per week. Im all ears

I would personally run whatever you can take without side effects,once e2 creeps up you will need to introduce ais
Bloodwork will determine levels ect

More is not better. There is demising returns by going higher and higher risk of sides. Gear is only 5% of the equation. Diet, training, recovery and genetics are the most important thing here. I would go mod test, mod EQ and low deca with GH. This is pretty much my go to stack for a build phase. Running it right now.
300 test
150 deca
600 EQ
25mg/day proviron
4iu GH post WO on training days
Ai on hand

The goal should be to run the least amount of gear for the desired effect with all other variables on point. Anyone besides the pros running super high gear is trying to mask issues with diet/training.

That cycle sounds great, that's what I'm about to do also (with turinabol and mk at some point during) but gonna introduce things one at a time. On week seven of testosterone only. 4 weeks at 300mg and the rest at 400mg. I'll up testosterone to 500mg when I introduce eq to keep 2:1 ratio, they're 250mg ampules and cost me a weeks income so not fucking around with those things. I was going to do 400 test 200 eq. Gonna run eq for 16 weeks.

Have you listened to all the podcast episodes about test and eq dosing? The two part special about GH? I can make you a list if you like, I have a play list for this stack. This very stack is recommended in several by @stevesmi too, especially in the endurance episodes.
 
Wow 1:2 test:eq. I missed this in your log. Do you think you’re a high aromatizer? Do you know what your e2 is at this dose?
No other steroids effect my e2. Could run test at 200 and eq at 1000 with no issues. Obviously we are all different and metabolize drugs differently so your mileage may vary.

My goals are different to yours mate but i do understand what your saying. Thats why im asking about the test limits. i already have been running more test then what you run this entire year which is considered very low from anyone i know personally. Im looking to run a big 20 week mass pushing drugs more being a trial. I want to find my “cap” or ceiling for test levels and how to tell when you in or close to tht range

You do you bro. All I’m saying is more is not better. I’ve had better results on the cycle I proposed then a 1000mg /wk test cycle and have 0 sides. Your better realizing the synergy btween multiple compounds at lower doses then just taking as much as you feel you can handle. If you think you need that much gear your training and/or diet are not in line with your goals. Gear is about 5% of the equations. Genetics, training, diet and recovery are the other 95%.
You’ll figure it out whe your bloodwork is completely fucked and your body is not responding.
Get a log going if you do decide to do this. Would be interested to follow your journey.

Ive been listening to j3u podcast on spotify and toddleemd whos a medical dr and pro bodybuilder. Been training for years and last 4ish with peds but never pushed it before i dont. I had a coach but withdrew only for cost reasons as he was quite expensive on top of everything else we do. But our plan was to push the drugs during a bulk regardless and monitor things of course

Well the only way to find out is to do it. We are all different and respond differently so you need to experiment and see what’s working and what isn’t.
I’m just saying there are finishing returns the higher you go. Along with that comes more sides. Like I said, more compounds at lower mgs per week is gonna be more effective.

Yeah mate, exactly im over 20kgs heavier then when i started training and essentially never run higher test then what i do now which isnt a lot but a little more then what you quoted previously. Im not after sides jst the upper limits of test and see if that changes things in regards to results. Get to the limit or just below it and trial

That's awesome man, you've clearly done something right. I ditched my trainer too when I started logging here, also for financial reasons, but the type of coaching you get here is not really available for money, and is much better 😀 you'll see how it all unfolds pretty quickly bro. I'm looking forward to watching your run!
