I have been reading content here for about a month but haven’t posted yet. I have been reading a lot of “first cycle” logs and enjoy the feedback everyone gives. I am looking for some similar feedback….
Am I ready for a cycle?
Dosing recommendations based on my goals and current bloodwork?
Am I thinking too small on my PED plan or is that appropriate?
Other suggestions?
I am wanting to do kind of a “baby cycle” “TRT Plus” type cycle just because I am new to this. I responded very well to just TRT over the last 10 months and made great gains but have started to kind of stall on my progress. I just did a mini cut for 5 weeks and then a deload for a week. I feel like I am in a good place to start bulking.
Stats
Age 39
200lbs
Estimating 11-12% body fat (not sure will attach photos)
Lifting on and off for 20 years
Been very consistent for 2 years
Goal- Bulk- Gain lean muscle.
Currently on TRT at 175mg/week Daily dosing
Been on TRT at 140mg-175mg for 10 months
At 175mg/week daily dosing
Total test 1258 ng/dl
Free test 302 pg/ml
SHBG 37
Estrodial(standard) 64 pg/ml
Hematocrit, lipids, liver,kidney markers all good and within range. A1C and fasting glucose both within range.
Estrodial seems kind of high but I have no symptoms of high E2 and this was a standard test. I plan to get a sensitive test soon.
PED (plan)
I want to bump the testosterone up a little bit and find the upper limit I can tolerate without an AI. My E2 is already a little high but haven’t taken a sensitive test and never had any symptoms of high E2. I also just ordered some Primo and was wanting to incorporate that at a low dose to start and get bloods to see where I am at.

Primo 100mg/week Daily Dosing
***should I just bump Test to start? Not sure if I am adding too many variables at once?Should I go to 200 to start or jump up to 250?
My plan was to run this cycle for 4 months. Maybe get bloods at 2 months. Reasses from there….?

I feel like my diet is pretty dialed but open to suggestions.
My Maintenance kcal is about 3,100-3,200
Bulk plan to start
3400 cal
Protien 250grm
Fat 75grams
Carbs 425grams
Meal 1 Breakfast
2 slices homemade sourdough bread
6 eggs
Meal 2 Snack
Whey protien
Banana
Rice cake
Meal 3
2 cups white rice
220 grams of elk meat or chicken breast
Salad with Olive Garden light dressing
Meal 4
Greek yogurt plain
Granola
Honey
Berries
Meal 5 Dinner
White rice or potatoes
Chicken or elk meat
Some type of vegetable
Training
Push/Pull/Legs/Rest/Upper/Lower/Rest Repeat
Try to progressively overload and train to failure or close to it. I will post specific exercises and weights reps as I continue on this.
Am I missing detail for my first log? Let me know.
