first cycle critiques please

looking for lean mass and cutting also , my source who is a very experience user design this cycle for me
Testostosterone propionate 400 mg a week for 10 weeks
trenbolone Acetate 300 mg a week for 10 weeks
wintrol 200 mg a week 6 to 10
arimidex 0.5mg/eod week 1 to 10

I'm 24 years old , 5'9 and weight 55 kilos, I have been training for 3 years taking supps over the counter but I can't gain any muscle, it's not that I don't trust my source but I would like some second opinions on this cycle, thank you all for opinions.
 
Just use Test prop your first cycle. See how you react to gear. Forget about tren your first cycle. keep an AI handy for your cycle but you may not need it on just 400mg of prop a week. You will be happy with the outcome if your training and diet are on point.

Hi, I think your source is not that experienced. If you are "24 years old , 5'9 and weight 55 kilos, and training for 3 years" you should probably learn more about nutrition and training, before you even think about using gear.
How many calories are you eating every day? Your macros? How many hours you sleep?
If you can't gain weight now, and you only weight 55 kilos, what makes you think you will gain weight (and be healthy) because you use gear??

I don't know why u want winny or tren when u weigh 55kg , or tren for a first cycle, or any gear really
I appreciate u saying that u have been training 3 years, but I feel most of the responses u will get here are going to tell u to learn to eat more , get ur diet right before u start aas , if u don't get that right u won't grow off gear anyway.
I see why ur friend has recommended prop , as he's said ace too , that's for the pinning schedule, but I wouldn't recommend prop or ace , it's a lot of pinning for ur first ever cycle
but if ur going to do it use test e only , twice a week as u will find if u search first cycle on here .
Again, I'm not sure if you're ready yet , do some reading, there's a lot to it , pct , e control etc , learn as much as u can first .
 
First cycle i would do test e 500mg a week and throw some var in..
unless you love sticking needles in you.. also i would wait and inject the same spot every 7 days you would have to rotate a few spots
 
Taking tren for a first cycle is a HORRIBLE idea.

Your source is recommending such an aggressive cycle because he wants to sell you a bunch of drugs you don't need. He doesn't have your best intentions in mind.

Using tren for a first cycle is like learning how to drive with a Ferrari. Horrible horrible idea.

A simple testosterone cycle of 10-12 weeks at 400-500mg/week is your best option for a first cycle.

Do this instead -

Weeks 1 - 10
testosterone e or cyp 500mg/week (inject 250mg twice per week)
aromasin 12.5mg every other day <- aromasin is a much better AI choice then arimidex since it is a suicide AI so there will be no estrogen rebound when you discontinue usage.

Your Source is Conning you into believing you need all these Compounds for a 1st Cycle.
That's Total Bullshit !

Muskate gave you a Good Layout for a 1st Cycle.

And you need to learn how to eat more.
Cause AAS are just a Small Part of the Picture.
Without a Good Training Regiment, and a Good Diet to Compliment it.
You won't see much from any Cycle........................... JP

55 kilos by my math is 121 pounds. i'm not sure why anybody in this thread would recommend you use steroids at all

you been training for 3 years? but you can't gain muscle. the reason is you are not eating enough. no different than a 300 pound obese guy complaining he can't lose weight even though he works out for 3 years. no shit, if you are eating mcdonalds after your workout what do you expect?

in your case you need to learn how to eat... the ONLY thing i would recommend for you right now is a test booster which will atleast help up your appetite. but you need to lay out your diet on here. hopping on sauce will be the dumbest mistake of your life, you will get nowhere
 
I am also on a first cycle and it is "best first cycle" Test E 500mg/week but as many ppl told you to not do any cycle at this stage
Ok, I can understand that temptation, glamour to be on cycle and expect unpractical dream body within matter of days
So for cycle -

Search for SARM instead steroid
and yes search for "SARM for bulking"

You are way too small to be using steroids. The fact you say you cant gain muscle means that you have a ton to lean still about diet and training. If you cant gain muscle you aren't eating enough! Period. If you are having issues being consistent then you need to track calories every single day. It has to be every day or you will spin your wheels. No doing this for 4-5 days per week and fucking off on the weekends.
