I have a friend who recently came off his first cycle of test 500 and deca, and I am ready to begin my first cycle. I have been working out seriously for about 19 months now. I'm 6'4" 193 lbs and about 14% body fat. I'm new to all this and I really don't know about the dosing, pct, etc. I am doing research, but another friend of mine pointed me this direction. Could someone help me with lay out my cycle? Thanks! Disclaimer: I know I am small, but when I started I weighed 150(no I'm not kidding).s
