First Cycle Questions

Hey everyone, I'm new to this forum. Loving all the information on here it's very helpful! Im from Australia, a big hello to all the other Aussies on here, would love to link up if any are in the Perth, Western Australia area.

About me:
Age: 25
Weight: 98kg
Height: 195cm
Body fat: 20% (according to online calculator)
Training: I've been training on and off for 2 years the last year has been consistent 5 days a week. 1hour minimum at the gym daily. I'm not currently doing cardio.

So as the title suggests this is my first cycle and I'm pretty sure I'm going down the right path so far I just didn't want to jump straight in and waste my TIME and MONEY. My diet isn't 100% clean and dialed but I am eating 4-5 decent meals a day.

Preworkout: 5g of creatine
1scoop of nitraflex preworkout

Post workout: 5g creatine
1scoop of gold series whey with Milk

Meal 1:
Breakfast normally consists of scrambled eggs or some other egg based meal.

Snack:
yoghurt and berries or if I'm lazy oats and Abit of honey

Lunch: Steak or some other meat & sweet potato & salad

Snack: Protein shake and some rice cakes or tuna normally

Dinner: Whatever the girl cooks but she takes me into consideration so a regular meal is a stir fry chicken egg brown rice and some veggies

I normally have a meal also during the day that's left overs from dinner the night before.

Now this varies day to day but I do not count any of the calories or exactly how much protein ect.

Questions I have: Is my body fat percentage to high for my height/weight it seems it's alot higher than most people on here, is this something that's going to get worse when I get on the gear or is it something that I should address before starting my cycle so it doesn't get out of hand? I do not have a flat stomach or abs, I do have a little bit of fat on the bottom of my stomach but I don't see myself fat or overweight it's just not a tight stomach.

Is there any other recommendations you can suggest that will help me through my cycle? Please note I have not started yet as I'm waiting for my PCT to get here still and I'm trying to do things the right way the first time.

I'm looking into doing some cardio is this something everyone would recommend for a bulking cycle? This cycle is not intended for me to lose weight I had planned this to gain mass and muscle.

Please if you have any constructive critism please comment and give me any feedback or anything you would suggest changing or looking at before I start.

Listen to these guys. Fat ppl aren't supposed to use steriods like they think they are. U cant take ones to cut down unless ur already at atleast 20% or lower. Most will say 15 % or lower. U have to he somewhat healthy to use steriods

I do cardio all year round, just in prep for competition I just add more in. For me cardio helps with my train endurance.

Good morning men, thanks for all the input. Here's a picture for your reference.

I wouldn't consider myself over weight but I do feel as though my stomach is the only thing that concerns me before I start. I just was not quite sure if gear would make it work or possibly help in shedding a bit on fat around the stomach area.

Any more input now that you have a idea of where I am exactly. Cheers

Getting your training and diet more dialled in, you will get great results natural. You need more of a base in you physique before starting any PEDS. Myself personally I do 2 years natural training and working on. Diet you be surprised how much you will improve. I gladly help you through this

You to brother, very good information. Will be a good base to work from in a few months I reckon! Thankyou

This is a good base but you shouldn't start with sustanon 250 with that bodyfat. Even with arimidex you'll feel bloated and it's not going to dry you out for sure.

IMO, you should use primobolan, winstrol, anavar, cardarine gw and utilize low carb diets with a lot of am empty stomach cardio.

I suggest
400mgs primobolan/week
25mgs winstrol/ed
25mgs anavar/ed
7 capsules n2guard/ed
20mgs cardarine gw/ed

20% -bmr caloric deficit
40% protein/40% fat/20% carbs

Mostly meat and healthy fish.

Okay so let me tell you my honest assessment.

You are very raw right now. Your body fat is about 20% but you have a raw frame. Meaning you have potential but need to nail down ur training and diet over the next year or two before steroids for best results.

So my best advice is to focus on that and set a 5 year goal to get the body you want and work at it. It’s always an uphill game
