Been working out for about 5yrs now. Wanting to do my first sarms cycle. I'm not looking at getting jacked or shredded right away but I want to progress to the next step in my training. Recomp a bit and just get stronger.
I'm thinking about running LGD and nutrabol 20mg/day for both. Is there any thing else I'll need for before or after?? I also have some past shoulder injuries from foot ball that never quite healed.
A little insite on my training. I used to be about 300lbs and now I yoyo back and forth between 210 and 230 every year. I'm currently about 20% body fat. I have a 4 day split and do 20-30min cardio couple times a week.
Diet is ok.
Oat meal and protein for breakfast
2-3 meals of chicken and a cup of rice or sweet potatoes and some greens
1-2 cans of tuna or some egg whites w/
20-40 almonds
And a post work out shake.
I eat out a couple times a week. I'm not a body builder just a gym rat that loves lifting heavy.
