First Cycle

This will be my first cycle of using any type of injectable steroid... I have trenbolone a and test 400... I've been seeing that tren a on a first cycle might not be a good idea. Thoughts? Advice? Should I just go with the test 400 alone. I'm 35, 6ft, 170 and would like to gain 20 pounds of lean, hard muscle.
 
Definitely a bad idea to use trenbolone on a first cycle. It is extremely potent, and its side effects are very harsh and tricky. So it is best to leave it for later. Believe you me - for a first time you will have more than enough with testosterone alone, since your body will be hyper-responsive to the compound, and you will get some great results. There is no need for additional compounds.
 
Yeah that's why I posted. I hear that a lot. I think I'll go with a light dose of test for the first cycle, PCT, then possibly jump on tren on my 2nd or 3rd cycle. It will help my body prepare and will give me time for more research.
 
My goal is 190... a lean ripped 190... I would never want to break 200. I understand that with my height, more weight is expected but I'd much prefer to preserve my knees and joints. I also don't want to bulk and then lean out... you hear that muscle and fat have a memory of their own and they never really go away they just shrink... I would hate to build fat and one day have it come creeping back... thoughts?

you are only 170 pounds at 6+feet

your diet and training is not even close to being on point yet. lets fix that first and then down the line you can hop on juice
 
So I can't build while on test or whatever I'm taking? I have to build prior? I've recently increased my calorie intake to 3100 and protein to 225 grams. But I just don't see the point in getting fat or adding weight prior. I know bodybuilders do that but I'm not and don't want to be a bodybuilder. I just want 20 to 25 pounds and I want to be very lean. I feel that anything over 200 pounds is unhealthy for my knees and for my joints and really just unnecessary. We all have different goals and mine just happen to be a much lighter version...
 
Can you explain please? Not being rude or contradicting your response but why? What would be the problem with wanting to gain 20/25 pounds with the use of test or steroids? We are not all going for the Schwarzenegger look...
 
I first started at the age of 23... so 12 years ago... I'm a very slim individual... I graduated at the age of 18 at 6ft 128... so 170 now is progress... I just need an added motivation/incentive to lifting. I've hit a peak with my motivation and I believe test will push me to want to work harder. As far as raining hard? I haven't trained hard in about 8 months... I've been serious for about 2 weeks now and plan to take light dose of test400 when I hit a month of training hard (5 to 6 days a week) thoughts?
 
Well I'm not one of the "pros" on here but I really think your goal is unrealistic and the use of juice will not get you there ...you may need 2-3 cycles.

PED will give you a the best results if everything else is dialed in and at 3100 calories (recently- 2 weeks??) and only 225 g protein... You do need to tweak your food plan a bit.
What do your macros look like? I'd expect some of the gurus to call for a 55% protein / 25% fat / 20% Carb ratio. (IMO) *consider carb cycling for sure. Remember you will need some fat to build

Then a simple TEST E only cycle (400 mg is fine) - pin twice a week, use an AI from the start, add in a cardarine to help stay lean, and then PCT as per the proper PCT notes on this site.

But TBH if your only 2 weeks back from an 8 month hiatus - I really wouldn't do a cycle for at least 6 month of lifting heavy frickin weights and get the ligaments and joints ready for the strength that's coming.
 
but also as far as motivation goes - I wouldn't want to rely on a PED to increase that - that comes from within brother. I know guys who pin and are lazy fucks, think this is a magic bullet which its not.

honestly make sure your mentally ready to give it 100% for 15 weeks hard...I mean fuckin hard and strict without doubt or hesitation.
