Just finished my 2nd injection on the left ventro glute using a 1.5 inch 25 gauge needle , i did my first injection on the right ventro glute on monday and its been 48 hours now and have some increasing post injection pain on my right glute from my first pin no redness or any signs of infection , is this normal to have some pip for a few days and it get a little more painful 48 hours later?

I bought arimidex for the first cycle and wanting to stick with that as its not a long half life for it , but for next cycle will defs get aromasin as it seems very favored. Is arimidex bad ? And i was going to get my bloods tested in 2 more weeks so i know what my more stable hormones are at on the test, or should i get a blood test now ?only 8 days in on cycle ?

just to make things clear i had my bloods done before cycle and my e2 is already low naturally and now i have been on cycle for 8 days and on 300 mg a week. i never had my bloods done yet on cycle as im waiting untill 3 weeks to get them done. i have no side effects right now and was just asking if i should use ai on 300 mg or just wait to see my blood test and see if i even need to use an ai at all ?
 
If i have any high e2 sides than ill take a small dose of 0.25 mg of Arimidex twice a week , but not going to take any ai untill i get my bloods done to see what my e2 is at so i dont crash my e2 incase i dont even have high e2. I started the cycle with low e2 to begin with anyways. And will be gettin my bloods done in a couple more weeks here and go from there 👌
 
Why doesnt @HarleyGuy talk on my log anymore or have anything to say anymore at all ? he said he would be helping and giving advice along the way in my cycle and he hasnt commented anything in awhile ? I would like some recommendations and some of ur knowledge too @HarleyGuy .The more the better for advice along the way. Love the EVO group but only having one off and not clear answers here now unlike before i started my cycle everyone would be commenting and involved but not anymore…
This is still new to me and would love some more knowledge thanks.

Ok thanks and ok will do 👌 and after i get my blood work done in 2 weeks ill see what my estradiol is at and if its on the higher end ill drop a 0.25 Arimidex unless i get any side effects before the blood test than ill just drop a 0.25 arimidex before 👌 thanks alot @LevButlerov . Ill be putting up my supps and training and foods here too tonight 👍

Sweet. I figured it was just a couple of first nervous pins and you'd get the hang of it real quick. Soon enough you'll be pinning all kinds of spots with ease. Next move it delts and then onto your lats. You can pin your actual glutes too if someone helps you or you're reeeeaallly flexible

PIP is normal especially with 1.5" and if you want all the way deep (which is good). PIP can last up to 3-4 days when you're new to injecting. It's all normal and you do get used to it and it does get easier and less noticeable over time.

This is fine but rotate rotate rotate always, and even rotate the spot on the glute/delt from last time. Delts you have front, mid, and rear and glutes you have ventro and elsewhere just don't hit your sciatic :p:p

Ok but this short half life of arimidex is part of why it's not best to use.
A-dex only temporarily blocks aromatase and 'reverses itself', your e2 can rebound hard and spike if you stop it especially on cycle.
Aromasin permanently deactivates aromatase and will level out e2 more predictably and steady with less rebound spike that A-dex has. Aromasin also is easier on your lipids than A-dex.

Not to beat a dead horse but if it's in your budget I'd order Aromasin here https://oxygenpharmcanada.is/product/aromagen-exemestane12-5mg-50-tabs/ from @OxygenPharm and have it ready to use 6.25mg (half tab) after bloodwork like @LevButlerov mentioned. At this point for sake of 2 weeks best to see how you naturally react to 300mg with e2 levels than to start the AI and have us guessing. This way we know where e2 is at on 300mg having come from already being low and can dose Aromasin accordingly moving forward. If you don't have sides now you should be fine for 2 weeks.
If need be we can dose the arimidex accordingly too.

Keep going bro and again really looking forward to seeing a training and diet update on your log soon. I will be watching haha!

I take krill oil,magnesium,vitamin c,d3/k2,my pre workout , isolate protien powder, zinc/copper,folate, sometimes NAC , ive been working out 5-6 days a week goin hard in the gym now and having cream of rice in the morning and than after workout i have a chicken breast with rice or sweet potato and a vege like broccoli or asparagus and a protien shake i drink loads of a water every day and coconut water , i run 2 times a week for cardio or go swimming. For dinners i eat steak and potato's and avacado and a veg or beans and chicken sometimes instead of steak and switch to eggs alot aswell lots of eggs. I have some eggs or protien shake at night for a snack or some hashbrowns sometimes. And i always add a banana and berries to my protein shakes.

Ok ya ill be gettin my bloods done in a week or 2 here 👌 and yes checked that site thanks and i take 2 grams of krill oil 200 mg of magnesium bisglycinate , 1000 mg vit c, 1,000 iu of vit d3 dont know hownmuch k2 but balanced and 15mg zinc/2mg copper but not everyday and 60 gram protien isolate shakes when i have one , and my pre workout has about 300 mg of caffiene a scoop with everything else in it the mains l citrulline etc.

Update: feeling really good and strong i went up 90 lbs in bench already and shedding alot of fat and seeing big changes in my physique already and im just on my 3rd week now, feels to me like im responding really well so far with my diet and training locked in. I will be getting my blood work next week and have an update on my bloods here soon, hoping i wont need an Ai but we will see with my next bloodtest(y)

Just got my bloods back and everything is looking good , but it says they weren't able to calculate my free testosterone because my total testosterone is to high above 52.0 nmol/l which doesn't make sense to me so ill be talking to them about it, but here are my bloods on 300 mg of Testosterone Enanthate a week one month in 👌

These bloods are literally exactly where I like to be myself these are great. You have e2 ripe for IGF1 conversion but not too high either and Total T and Free T obviously sky high based on your first bloods having already been almost out of range.

These bloods look like a non-Dynacare type bloodwork where they won't post results over 52-55 nmol/L. Did you use BioTech or LifeLabs maybe, can you find a Dynacare where you are in Canada?

You're 1 month in on 300mg I recall so this is smooth sailing bro. With no dose adjustment it may go a slight bit higher on e2 but even then you're good. These bloods definitely wouldn't have been the case with dbol on board with you by the way!

I do see from your SHBG you could add proviron if you wanted at 25mg ED.

You asked me back on 17Jun where I am on your log. I'm following it but nothing to comment on except bloodwork. Most I could find on training and diet is quoted above ⬆️ No workout or diet/macros posted yet in whole log bro. We can keep it going as a bloodwork log for your cycle though and I'll check for bloodwork always. :p

Nice to see another Canadian representing on EVO, glad to have you brother! I just ran 6 weeks of 20mgs of anavar daily and loved it. Strength gains were very apparent. I enjoyed it as a second compound. Look forward to following more

SUPPLEMENTS= magnesium bisglycinate 250 mg , omega 3 4000mg , d3/k2 1000 iu/120mcg , vitamin c 1000 mg , l carnitine tartrate 500 mg , zinc/copper 15mg/2mg , whey isolate cbum protien 25 gram a scoop i have 2-4 scoops a day depending on my protein i get from whole foods that day , 1 scoop batch 27 preworkout , hydra+ electrolyte drink from Blonyx usually right when i wake up from hydration and after gym 1-2 scoops daily.

DIET= cream of rice and honey and a banana pre workout. 4 eggs and or chicken and avacado and grapefruit and potato's and 2 scoops whey isolate with milk or water for post workout. Midday snack anything healthy really , and for dinner usually always chicken or steak and rice or sweet potato's and broccoli/bok choy or any other vegetable greens and usually a cucumber/tomato/bell pepper and feta cheese salad with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. I may eat out very rarely at an indian restaurant or Italian restaurant or wings etc.

BAD HABITS= i smoke one cigarette in the morning trying really hard to stop that and i smoke a joint before bedtime.

Wanted to add i have a protein shake before bed aswell and some kefir

CYCLE= 300 mg test enanthate pin 100 mg on mon/wed/fri 3 times a week and will be adding anavar 20 mg split into 2 doses of 10 mg for 6 weeks , will be starting the anavar in 2-3 weeks here.
