First time buyer

I've done a small test e run before, wanting to actually stick at it this time and get some mass. You have any recommendations for a suitable replacement of dbol bro?
 
Sweet brother, so you wreckn just run a test e cycle first? I can source some of that but no PCT atm. Dialing in my diet and been consistent in the gym. Thank you for the input bro

Yes I did a run on test e only a few years back. Helped me train alot and put on some weight. Had to stop early as I had no PCT. Fertility wise I'm not worried, I got 3 daughters so sort of finished in that department 😅😂 got my diet down packed now, training 4 days a week and doing some HIIT just to trim up body fat wise. Currently sitting around the 18-20% mark. Really want to give another Test E full cycle a go with the right PCT in order aswell.

Diet and training downpacked? lets get a training diet log going first before you do a test cycle :D @jayprod
Before another Test E cycle you need a pre cycle training and diet log so we can see your actual lifts, weekly split, calories, macros, sleep, and HIIT output and set this up correctly.
Run the log for 2 weeks first and the EVO family can help you tighten up and plan the cycle and PCT or even TRT properly instead of guessing. 15min to get it up and posted!

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

If you blast 500mg test and don't grow as a beginner your not eating enough. Simple. Your first handful of blasts come with free gains so don't fuck it up chasing issues from random compounds and just eat a butt fuck ton of food.

Hey man, tell me you’ve got your bloods done. Sorry if it’s already been said but realistically it can’t be said enough. If you haven’t had them done don’t go any further until you have. It’s a mistake I made and works hate to see you make the same one. If you have and your all sweet I’d just commit to a test only cycle to start with and see how you react. Oh and eat good food and lots of it. You’ll be surprised on what you can achieve by just feeding the beast properly and regularly.
