Hey guys I'm brand new to the anabolic world and have was wondering if anyone had suggestions on a good starting point for someone whose lifted hard for 4 or 5 years. Interested in gaining some mass. Currently 6'6" 240 lbs. Looking to increase size in arms and calves. Just don't know what should be a good choice in gear to start with.

A simple testosterone cycle of 10-12 weeks at 400-500mg/week is your best option for a first cycle. Being new to steroids, your body will hyper respond and you don't need a very aggressive cycle. It's very similar to an 18 year old having their first drink. A single drink really hits them because they have never drank before. However, a more experienced drinker would need much more alcohol to get the same effect.

Here's what I recommend:

Weeks 1 - 10
testosterone e or cyp 500mg/week (inject 250mg twice per week)
aromasin 12.5mg every other day <- very important to prevent against estrogen related side effects like gyno and water retention.

i think a simple test cycle would work just fine for you

you can kickstart it with an oral

make sure you are running all your ancillaries and have your pct in place first
 
You will just have to adjust your training to focus on lagging body parts. In my opinion calves need to be trained extremely hard since they take so much everyday just to support you. For arms, focus on triceps since they are much bigger than biceps and make sure you incorporate pullups into your bicep routine.

You want to know the simple answer? Test. Just use testosterone. Simple as that.

Try running a 12 week cycle of 500mg/week. Have anti estrogen like aromasin to control the sides (you can get legit aromasin from ag-guys.com)

And then follow up with perfect PCT protocol.

Eat big, lift heavy, sleep a lot and grow.
 
test E with AI would be the best option yes you can add tbol or dbol for kick start 10 to 12 week fine ...if your diet and training on point then you gain very decent ..my 1st cycle was only test E 250mg and i gain solid...good luck with your 1st cycle
