Looking at starting my first cycle, potentially going with Tren-A and Test-E, 250-300mg/week for 8 weeks.

I'm currently 6'1, 215lbs and 13% body fat. I'm a heavy diesel mechanic by trade so my daily activity is always high and my metabolism is always burning. Had bloodwork done the day of posting this.

My goal is to diminish some body fat and get the most mass out of the cycle that I can get.

I'm not currently the greatest at tracking my diet but have recently started a log of that as well, taking standard BCAAs, creatine, and a base protein daily for now.

Training 6 days a week, abs twice a week and cardio once but trying to bump that up.

From reading through a ton of these forums I've added N2Guard to my cycle and I'm looking for some guidance and advice from all of you. Open to all suggestions and thank you in advance!

Hard to say if you need trenbolone but first cycle unlikely.

If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

You do need organ liver cycle support when you doing gear, and n2guard is a good choice. They support EVO family and been on here for 10 years proven track record.

So if you'd say perhaps not tren for the first cycle, what would be recommended? I'm pretty new to gear, but am just looking for the best results and best pairings for my goals.

Also if I should be adding more supplements on top of N2Guard, I'm all ears
@KessyJ Tren would be one of the worst options for a first cycle. its like getting a lambo as your first car. you have no where to go from there
 
Test only for first cycle is well known to give you great gains
Tren is often not used by anyone, but definitely would need several cycles under your belt.

Testosterone only is usually the best, but even that is a guess. @KessyJ

N2guard is steroid cycle support but you also need digestive aids like probiotics and psyllium husk.

@KessyJ Tren for a first cycle is risky if you ask me. tren has a lot of side effects and you won't get the most out of it as a first cycle. i would start with maybe test + an oral

I think the best thing you can do is get a log Journal up. tren isn't ideal as a first cycle but hey its your decision. but i would log to help you get the most out of it

It isn't just about putting the Blood, Sweat, and Tears. Before you start moving on to the more advanced steroids, but it's about preparing for the side effects, and knowing what to expect, this is why you should run a mild stack for your first time.

@KessyJ Bros. you sound like a hardcore working man. i got mad respect for that. but i wouldn't use tren first cycle. in old days we would run minimum 6-8 cycles before thinking about tren.

Sorry about that! I'll add to this by mentioning I've been dirty bulking my workouts the last 12 months, anywhere from 200-230grams of protein daily and 4000-5000 calories, up 35lbs in that 12 months and maintaining 12-15% body fat.

You have a very solid physique and size, but you’re not 12-15% body fat in the picture. My guess 20%+ body fat. @KessyJ
 
Hey Bro - get your body fat measured - you would be over 20% I would say - no hate just trying to get things accurate.
I would focus on Test only but if you want an oral Var or TBol - focus on training to get your body fat down too.

I'd like to drop a bit of the body fat percentage yeah, but I still would like to gain more mass before I hardcore cut.
I think right now, cutting bodyfat is key.

300mgs testosterone and 30mgs anavar is a good start with n2guard 7caps ed and 20mgs cardarine ed. You need to correct eating, start a new GLP1 retatrutide micro dose it. @KessyJ

2: will have to get more familiar with retatrutide, is there a recommended dose to start dosing with?

Can do. As far as base test, stick with 300mg?
You can do sports TRT 300mgs testosterone but not sure if that's the case if you have high blood sugar.

I would start cutting carbs to 50 grams so you can get into a ketogenic state, you're so close. All you need is to up the fats and cut the carbs to get into ketosis and moderate protein. @KessyJ

Can do. Considering switching the var over to primo, and running first 4 weeks of anadrol then transitioning to primo for weeks 5-12. Will I need to run an AI? And will pct be a must?

@KessyJ you share 1-2 days of food, and telling you to switch isn't much of a guide. I think you should finish the anavar before doing any changes.

Also I'm prone to acne historically, is adding some accutane or something a bad idea? I know it's tough on the kidneys I took it as a teen, but it works
High doses of vitamin A instead.
 
@LevButlerov for test, am i safe using 27-29ga needle and 5/8 length? For glute, delt, or lat injections. Anything to do or avoid to have minimal issues? From reading on here seems like most people are doing 25-27 for most injectables and 5/8 is good length for IM, correct me if I'm wrong
my take, you need to get bigger pins like 23-25 G for glutes at least 1 inch, for biceps you can use 25g not 27 (27 too small) and 5/8 bro

Once I'm done with this cycle if I don't want to cruise and I want to come off it because I have a bit of traveling coming up, what do I need to do to pct off test? Or is there a good thread on here for it? I couldn't find a straight answer.

Gone for a week. Haven't started any of the cycle yet, still attempting to gather all of the information before I get into it, last thing I need to figure out is the PCT for if I decide to stop the cycle after 12 weeks instead of cruise, so I don't end up with some unwanted effects.

You are far in excess of 15% body fat. I know you said it was start of May but that was only 6 weeks ago, you look to have gained a significant amount of fat since then?

Your hemocrit is already on the high end which ill be increase with steroids. This is likely due to your diet and body composition. Are you diabetic or have you been tested? You need to get your health in order before jumping on gear and have no need to be touching tren at all for a while.

I have aromasin 25mg tabs yeah, and I've been taking N2Gaurd every day. How much aromasin do I take and do I continue it the entire time even when cruising test?
Aromasin I would start 12.5mgs ED for 2 weeks, and n2guard you can stay at 7caps.

Labs after 2 weeks to check? Or what. Also the only other side effect I've noticed is some acne flare ups, not terrible but I'd like to nip that so what should I be doing there

Just facewash. I was on accutane back in the day so I haven't had to worry about acne since I was a teen so I'll have to figure out what soap to be using

My sleep is lacking due to family and work life. Generally 4-6 hours on weekdays

Started the test var Cardarine cycle just over 4 weeks ago now, at 215lbs and when measured again was 18.9%bf. Am now scaling in at 230lbs and 14.9%bf

I should also throw in there my goal is not to get shredded and be below 10% bf or super vascular yet, I just want to add some mass and strength and lose some excess body fat where I can and see where I go from there. Maybe I'll go for a serious cut down the road but for now, look better feel better for myself mentality

My sleep is lacking due to family and work life. Generally 4-6 hours on weekdays

Started the test var Cardarine cycle just over 4 weeks ago now, at 215lbs and when measured again was 18.9%bf. Am now scaling in at 230lbs and 14.9%bf

I should also throw in there my goal is not to get shredded and be below 10% bf or super vascular yet, I just want to add some mass and strength and lose some excess body fat where I can and see where I go from there. Maybe I'll go for a serious cut down the road but for now, look better feel better for myself mentality
@KessyJ doesn't tell us much, general training, we dont know sets reps weights, stronger? weaker? week by week.

sleep issue is very bad, 4-6 hours hos horrible.

Food not clear at all, variable dinner and macros on carbs fats not clear.

I think we really need to track more for you to have results.
