Hi all

Looking at starting my first cycle, potentially going with Tren-A and Test-E, 250-300mg/week for 8 weeks.

I'm currently 6'1, 215lbs and 13% body fat. I'm a heavy diesel mechanic by trade so my daily activity is always high and my metabolism is always burning. Had bloodwork done the day of posting this.

My goal is to diminish some body fat and get the most mass out of the cycle that I can get.

I'm not currently the greatest at tracking my diet but have recently started a log of that as well, taking standard BCAAs, creatine, and a base protein daily for now.

Training 6 days a week, abs twice a week and cardio once but trying to bump that up.

From reading through a ton of these forums I've added N2Guard to my cycle and I'm looking for some guidance and advice from all of you. Open to all suggestions and thank you in advance!

Hard to say if you need trenbolone but first cycle unlikely.

Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

You do need organ liver cycle support when you doing gear, and n2guard is a good choice. They support EVO family and been on here for 10 years proven track record.

So if you'd say perhaps not tren for the first cycle, what would be recommended? I'm pretty new to gear, but am just looking for the best results and best pairings for my goals.

Also if I should be adding more supplements on top of N2Guard, I'm all ears
@KessyJ Tren would be one of the worst options for a first cycle. its like getting a lambo as your first car. you have no where to go from there

Testosterone only is usually the best, but even that is a guess. @KessyJ

Also if I should be adding more supplements on top of N2Guard, I'm all ears
N2guard is steroid cycle support but you also need digestive aids like probiotics and psyllium husk.

@KessyJ Tren for a first cycle is risky if you ask me. tren has a lot of side effects and you won't get the most out of it as a first cycle. i would start with maybe test + an oral

I think the best thing you can do is get a log Journal up. tren isn't ideal as a first cycle but hey its your decision. but i would log to help you get the most out of it

It isn't just about putting the Blood, Sweat, and Tears. Before you start moving on to the more advanced steroids, but it's about preparing for the side effects, and knowing what to expect, this is why you should run a mild stack for your first time.

@KessyJ Bros. you sound like a hardcore working man. i got mad respect for that. but i wouldn't use tren first cycle. in old days we would run minimum 6-8 cycles before thinking about tren.

I appreciate that. I'm here to learn, and get some quick results and then maintain. So what should I be running then with test?

Sorry about that! I'll add to this by mentioning I've been dirty bulking my workouts the last 12 months, anywhere from 200-230grams of protein daily and 4000-5000 calories, up 35lbs in that 12 months and maintaining 12-15% body fat.
