Hey all,
I keep hearing about fish oil, and you should take it if you are working out.

But what benefits does it actually give for muscle development?

It isn't primarily a direct muscle building supplement but rather a very good general health supplement. So I would say it will indirectly support your muscle building goals.
 
I want all my clients eating a clean 1:1 ratio of omega 3's to 6's

the normal american eats a ratio +1: 20! some are 0 3's. why? too much processed shit. i can go to anyones house and check their fridge and pantry and tell them how much they are getting.
 
It's great for overall health, including cardiovascular system, and the fats in it contribute to proper joint lubrication.
 
It's basically a good supplement for overall health. Great for lipid profile, cell repair, and other basic bodily functions.
