What role does folic acid play in our make up? Does it elevate estrogen?

Folic acid is just another name for vitamin B9. In particular, red blood cell formation is dependent upon adequate levels of this vitamin. Folic acid deficiency is a known cause of anemia in both adults and children.

Folic acid has nothing to do with estrogen.
