Crew,

What does everyone use to hydrate daily while on gear/ TRT?

I’ve played round with many of the electrolyte options but still feel underdone.
Sodii has been a good product add, best one I’ve incorporated and tested thus far.

Thinking of trying to create a specific TRT/ gear daily hydration formula. What would you like to see in such a product.

I’m thinking 800-1000mg sodium, 200-300mg potassium, some taurine and 400-500mg of magnesium.

Any thoughts crew?

You should use water :D @Boofy but if you want to add more get an electrolyte mix with taurine

I found that powdered electrolytes have extremely horrible ingredients in them.
They might hydrate you but they're also feeding you some really nasty things that don't belong in your body.
one drink i do use which scans 100/100 is called leisure hydration

You should try watermelon. It's got a lot of water in it and a lot of electrolytes.

That's a good setup on electrolytes but if you feel yourself sweating a lot, you definitely don't want to forget about watery foods like fruit. They will help hydrate you.

You can always mix some salt with some good clean mineral water that should yield some good results.
