If on gear muscle is generally held well. For me its the muscle flatness (depletion) giving the illusion of lost mass. t3 does the same. I actually read clen is used when coming off gear to hold muscle....

Interesting, I've been looking at doing a test t3 cutting cycle next. Any hints/tips with using t3?
Start low and asses sides/response from there i.e 12 to 20mcg at first. I personally run 20mcg everyday for hrt purposes as my thyroid is underactive. So 20mcg to be normal so to speak. I then ramp up over time. If i take to much i actually feel shit (tired, flat etc). I use pharma t3 so 60mcg a plenty for me. There even seems to be talk of low dose t3 when 'bulking'.
