What were your symptoms re crashing? Im off mine for same reasons but can't tell if too low or high symptoms can be similar

I was sleeping 14-16 hrs. Depressed, brain fog, no sex drive, no appetite, skin went from slightly oily to dry.
This was on 12.5mg ED, u had gone up from 25mg eod
