Also you are supposed to take 1 capsule 3X daily at the start. What is the point in taking it during lunch and dinner if im not working out at that time? Thanks

Because it contains a high dose of caffeine

It has a stimulatory effect. That is why you do not take close to bed time. Are you taking for fat-burning effects or just as a preworkout energizer? If fat-loss is you goal you need to take it spread throughout the day to kkep your metabolism elevated. If you just want a kick pre-workout keep it for that.

You always start with a smaller dosage to access your tolerance.

Because it is a shit product and will keep you up due to the coffee bean extract and amount of caffeine

Here my list of fat burner that I used Hydroxycut hardcore elite ,hydroxy cut next gen, hydroxy cut sx7 , black mamba, black spider and sooooo on and my result was zero with some adrenal issue, I felt sugar crash, anxiety jittery ,can not sleep due to stmilunt .continue 3 year I abused all stimulant .but now I don't use any of them trust me bro my body respons super well because of zero cortisol do you know fat burner can cause fat gain? Just of cortisol and stimulant can cause this so here my advise DONT USE this NASTY hydroxy cut if you want good fat loss benefit without zero side effect and rapid fat loss

atleast they are being honest with you saying not to take it near bedtime

if you workout in the evenings you shouldn't use a preworkout that contains stimulants. an option for you is Dspark which is not stim based

Because it's a fat burner (hence the 'cut' in its name). Ergo you wanna burn fat all day long

They tell you not to take it before bed because it'll cause insomnia
