getting fat mid cycle

Getting pretty big mid cycle but getting a lot of fat in the abdomen area and chest 6 weeks in deca test t3. Diet is on point so I am not sure why its happening.
 
Are you using an AI with your cycle?

You might just be retaining a ton of water. Remember to include the proper support supplements with your cycle:
1. An AI to keep estrogen in the low-normal range. Aromasin at 10mg EOD is a good dosage.
2. An anti-prolactin drug to keep prolactin in the low-normal range. Cabergoline at 0.25mg EOD is a good dosage.

The support supplements are very important because high estrogen and prolactin levels can lead to side effects like gyno and water retention.
 
running test and deca won't get you a tighter waist sorry

you are eating more than you think you are. you can't follow these cookie cutter bodybuilder diets as an average joe and expect to look like them. you don't have their genetics and you aren't taking tons of drugs like they are. all that will happen if you follow their diets are you will get fat exactly what is happening now
 
Haven't ran any gear as of yet so I can't comment there, but it sounds like you may be eating too much. Have you tried scaling back the calories your consuming each day?
