Glutamine and coffee

I like to do most of my cardio in the morning and i usally take glutimine before i do my cardio but i was wondering if i could mix coffee with glutimine to help the fat lose.

So i was wonder if this would work?

cause coffee makes you use your body fat for energy. So with the glutimine helping you save your muscle and the coffee helping me use my stored fat i think i could work.

any comments if this would work or not would really HELP!!!

that is quite a reach bro. think about if this was true, there wouldn't be so many fat people in the USA since people drink so much coffee.

you are expecting a lot from both coffee and glutamine. the truth is neither are positive for fitness at all compared to let's say a product from n2bm or sarms. example spending your money on n2slin, n2generate and cardarine would actually yield results

A cup of coffee will not, as Stevesmi says, make that much of a difference. If it did my four cups a day would have me ripped to the bone. And Glutamine is an amino acid. You ARE eating after right? So it's not like you're fasting.

I think you have a "bit" too high hopes for the coffee.
Can you link me the study that actually proves this or where did you find this information?

But anyways, to answer your question. I actually would not recommend mixing those two together as high heat can denature it molecular structure making it less effective. I would instead drink the glutamine with water and after a moment have your coffee.

The only place coffee helps you with fat loss is the caffeine content, which actually can be effective for suppressing appetite as with any stimulant. Glutamine does not work like that. You are fine to use it if you choose but that's not exactly how it works.

It's all about the numbers. There's just not enough in any cup I've ever had to be useful in fat burning.

And, as I said earlier, Glutamine isn't that great. The issue with studies is they are often done on restricted diets. Unless you don't eat for the rest of the day (or fast) it'll spare no more than any other meal you'll still be eating.
