Glutamine or BCAAs

Doing daily cardio right now in the morning, empty stomach so really hungry all the time. I don't want to go catabolic, should I use glutamine or BCAA for catabolism?

Bcaa's are great man. Glutamine too both excellent options.

They are different things, and both of them are good choices for your objective, so you can take them both.

Glutamine supplementation is pretty old school. It is great for immune system and gut health - but I doubt you will notice much in terms of muscle recovery/catabolism prevention from supplementing with it.

BCAA supplementation would be much more optimal. The amino acid Leucine in BCAAs stimulants protein synthesis through the m-tor pathway. The BCAA are also the first amino acids to be catabolized in an energy deficit. Check out the product gear from n2bm.com. It has BCAA, digestive enzymes and bovine plasma serum. I take 1 serving before cardio, pre-workout and post-workout.

^^ perfect advice. Glutamine mainly aids in recovery. BCAA does much more than that. Its readily available source of energy for muscle. I always take Bcaa before cardio.
