Has anyone gotten any of this injected into them before? I hear its supposed to strengthen the immune system. Is it effective? Or just another way to suck your money from your wallet!

I have never tried a glutathione injection so I can't speak about my own personal experiences. I do know that they are very popular and a lot of people really like them.

always fasting will too. you want to not feed the infection with food, and not make your body work overtime to not just fight an infection but also digest

I cant say from personal experience but I just stick to the basics. Eating a healthy diet and exercising to prevent sickness. Rest and proper sleep makes a huge difference too. I always take a good multivitamin and drink lots of water as well.
