Green tea extract

I've recently read that taking green tea extract can lower or halt test production in males. anyone hear anything about this?

Dang. That would be news to me. I do enjoy green tea, and it is filled with antioxidants.

IIRC it's a VERY SMALL amount of difference.

Of course you could always not use it.

it does block excretion and what you heard is that it can be used as a masking agent by people doping

it isn't anything new that people will dilute their urine with beverages.. a guy in Jamaica once told me you can beat a pot test by drinking a crap ton of beer. in the end you will eventually get caught though as this strategy is outdated and risky
