gyno

Please read it all as these is a bit of back story.

In the past I have done pro hormone cycles but I decided recently to start my first steroid cycle of test e 250/week low dose to test the waters. Its after week one (10 days in) and behind my left nipple started to feel sore. I inspected and there is a small lump. Perhaps a by product from pro hormone use as I can recall a slight soreness years back but assumed it was from resting a heavy bar across my chest.

To be sure I was not paranoid I went to my doc and it was confirmed a small sore lump with bo noticable puffiness. I will be going to see a specialist in like 6 weeks yikes.

So since I clearly have a gyno lump from before and its is flaring up along side the test-e cycle and at 250 for just a week this is purly coincidence or I was borderline and the injection sparked something....regardless I am at this point now.

No puffiness. Just a sore lump. Wouldn't know unless you looked for it.

I did not use aromisine while on just 250 a week of test e. I am on my second week and thinking I should not do another injection and hop into pct get some bloods and control what's going on.

Aromisine, clomid, nolva are what I have on hand for my pct to start.

My question is are there any additional steps that are recommended do deal with the issue. It's not out of control and it's at a managble stage right now.

I would start popping those Aromasin's immediately. Start at about 12.5mg ED Most importantly, can you get some blood work done? There are several causes of gyno and they are not all estrogen related. Test your estrogen and prolactin levels...I suspect one or both are too high.

Without blood work, we are only guessing.

Thanks for the input.

Stopping the test cycle as well. Since as you said. We are just shooting in the dark.

And I will get some bloods from the doc.

Unfortunately my bloods are likely waiting until I see the specialist in 6 week

Are you in Canada or a place that doesn't allow for customer direct blood testing?

Starting at the top. You had the products and didn't use them until the 2nd week - that right? Always start from day 1.

Then do a search on here for our anti-gyno protocol.

I myself have been saved by Letrozole more than a few times when it came down to puffy/ lumps in regards to the nipples.

This Eddie - how's it read to you in case I've not had enough coffee yet ;)

I'm sorry about that. I am on my second week of test e. I have not been using aromasin..

An update to this is that I'vw been using it for 3 days and the lump has stopped being tender and has shrunk slightly.

+1 on getting aromasin ASAP.

PSL has Nolva and Clomid which are the way go to now. I dont see a lot of sources selling raloxifene anymore?

Raloxifene is really over rated.

For PCT - stack clomid and nolvadex

for gyno removal - stack nolvadex letrozole and cardarine

It is my understanding that Raloxifene is overrated because it is weaker than other such drugs, and that it is weaker specifically because it was developed for use by older victims of breast cancer whose systems cannot handle harsher compounds. Is that the case? Or does all of that bear no connection to the reason why an AAS-using bodybuilder would use Raloxifene?

"I did not use aromisine while on just 250 a week of test e. I am on my second week..."

Nah, brah, you imbibed enough coffee. But, and fuck me runnin', never will I understand why motherfuckers fail to use what they need to use, when they need to use it and despite the fact that they have it hand.

With that being said, Gym Rat, there's no need to panic. Just begin to take the aromasin as you've been instructed, and that lump will completely dissipate wihin a very few days.
But in the future, and for the sake of our Lord Satan62, please take aromasin from day one.

First of all. Thanks.

Regarding why I didn't take aromisin. I followed the lead of someone who has not had gyno but has done cycles in the past. This person is knowledgable.

I have learned my lesson. And you are correct there was no need to worry and the lump is nearly gone already. Aromison for the win.

Thanks again
