Hey guys,
When are you suppose to take the 5 caps? It doesn't specify, is it best to take in the morning or before bed? Also, with or without food? Thanks for your help!

you can also take 3-5 caps 1-2 hours pre gym or sex for an added boost

you can take with or without food

It wont make a big difference. Some guys like to take test boosters before bed and some like to split it. Really makes no difference though.

Are you talking about HCG or about HCGenerate ES as the original post was about? You couldn't pay be to use the hormone HCG. I'd rather not inject the extract from pregnant female urine.

you can use it both ways but it is a must during pct

The best to use the HCGenerate products is to use HCGenerate on your cycle and HCGenerate ES in your PCT
