The dosage is 5 capsules per day and the bottle has 150 capsules. Therefore a bottle lasts 30 days.

It is enough for PCT to have one bottle and dose it at such recommended schedule.

5 per day split dose. I would get 2 bottles if you can afford it and run it 2 months.. it will make you feel 100% better during PCT, keep your libido strong, and keep your motivation up all NATURALLY

It explains how to incorporate the product HCGenerate ES into your PCT protocol.

It basically works like this -
immediately after your last steroid injection, start the HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day
2 weeks after your last steroid injection, start the rest of your PCT drugs.

Since you only use the HCGenerate ES 2 weeks, each bottle lasts you 2 PCTs

5 caps per day during PCT is the best dose you can take. If you can swing another bottle, I would run it that way you are getting that boost for a full 8 weeks. Definitely makes PCT much easier and you will feel much better.
