Currently 18 and i want to take the natural route so i don’t fuck up my natural production. Everyone raves about hcgenerate and i’m thinking it’s a marketing thing tbh. Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

As per above please start a log for us.

I’ve been taking supplements for over 30 years and other than creatine I’ve never had something be as noticeable as HCGenerate for me. I literally have acne from it and my balls are huge again. I have no vested interest in promoting it for anyone except to say it works and has everything in it you’d buy anyway and is all natural no drugs in it.

Go to page 63 of my log for my list of supps and you can ask what each one is for if one catches your eye but for you the obvious is creatine and digestive aids. For peptides there’s nothing really ‘anabolic’ so explain what you mean by ‘step it up’? Peptides can aid in recovery and stamina if that’s what you mean.

When you post your log with your goals we can tweak your diet and training for you.

Bro just eat correctly and clean whole foods, throw in some creatine and train like you have a gun to your head.
Your body is developing its natural function and base and your naturally in a great spot. Dont jeopardise your bodies natural function when its about to offer you so much.
Add in a test booster and go hard.

Hell yeah dude. I know what you’re thinking about HCGenerate, but be assured, it really is the best test booster you can buy. You could get some other brand of fadogia agrestis and it could work (that’s the strongest ingredient in HCGenerate, but not the only one) but it could be totally bunk. That happens A LOT and I’ve got blood work to prove it from other supplements. You will see some shilling kind of posts on here BUT the products that are approved and promoted on this forum are legit man. That’s a huge focus of this forum. We take it very seriously and BS sources get exposed quickly and loudly. If someone comes on here claiming some unknown source or product is the best they get taken to task. They have to prove it or get banned.

You should get bloodwork before you take anything. I really wish I knew what my testosterone and everything else was when I was 18. It was probably meh because I smoked weed, ate sporadically, slept poorly, etc. but I think it got much better a few years later because I got a girl pregnant and started living less like an asshole. I got healthier, bigger and stronger and more mature looking at that time.

I’ve used a lot of peptides. Honestly man, at your age, everything should be working close to optimal for you, so you may not get much out of peptides. They can get rather expensive and aren’t totally risk and side effects free. But your nuts will be safe, that’s true!

Love to see you start a log, get your bloodwork, you might not even need a test booster at all. I mean, you definitely don’t need it, but I mean you could have high test already and not even know it. You’ll get a lot of encouragement and free EXPERT advice and a ton of respect and critiques if you start a natural log. You won’t transform into the hulk before your own eyes but you will see results and you will absolutely agree that the log helped a lot. My first log took me to a point I had never reached on years of light gear, and I did it with less! Much less actually.

Best thing you can do at your age is get good quality foods and training hard. Add in some creatine and supplement protein as needed. HCGenerate can be a good addition as well

ig if your trying to look good your going to want to max your osteoblast formation. Women are biochemically attracted to looks (at least to get in the door), which if your young is mostly going to be how tall and "pretty" you look ~ which is why I used ghkcu, a collagen peptide. Ive had great results with ghkcu but im told by other people irl who have used it they didnt notice any changes, so its a bit hit or miss. main priority is to build the bone density in your face ~ and then look to surgery only as a last resort if your bone structure is way too cooked. personally im waiting for Clavs lefort 2 results to determine if I'll get surgery.

honestly just check if your growth plates are open. You can get an xray done for $100 (with aussie medicare at least). If I had open growth plates I would definately by using cjc and ipa to get taller and have more pronounced facial features, but for muscle growth alone I would just go natural
 
also consider that im completely cooked by the blackpill so also consider getting off tiktok like HarleyGuy mentioned 😭

my comments were based on my lived experience with getting taller and better skin, bone structure etc. make sure to get a varied opinion as im very biased, as my looks shot up by multitudes giving me a negative view of the people who suddenly treated me differently etc.
