When I take this product. Will I take all 5 pills in one go ? Or should I split it between my meals throughout the day ? I wanted to make sure I am taking it the best way possible.

I would split it throughout the day. I haven’t taken it yet but any types of pills, I always split up unless it is an antibiotic. And I only take an antibiotic if I absolutely must, meaning I already have an infection. Last time I took one was over 5 yrs ago.

But any other orally taken pill or liquid, I always split it.

if you want to use it pre workout or sex then take 4-5 caps 1-2 hours prior

For the best absorption possible, it's best to split up the 5 capsule dosage into two 2-3 capsule dosages.

Easiest way would be to take 2-3 capsules with breakfast and 2-3 capsules with dinner

I split when I did my bottle. Just gives me the placebo effect of always having it in my system but as the boys said, it doesn’t really matter, as long as you remember to take them daily.
