Healthy frying?

Anyway to make frying healthy? like using all coconut oil or an alternative?

I'm looking for menu alternatives.

I use Coconut Oil to Fry my Eggs in the Morning and also to Stir Fry.
When Stir Frying I'll toss in some Sesame Oil at the end for Flavor...................................... JP
P.S.
You just need to watch how long you're Frying for.
You only want to Fry for a Brief Time and in as Little Oil as Possible.

For me, some good spanish olive oil has no competition. Has very good cooking properties, is healthy, and it is tasty. All in all, olive oil is the best thing to use for healthy cooking, and that is what most chefs use.

Frying your foods is going to add a significant amount of fat and calories to your meals. Your best options are to broil, bbq, bake or steam.

I would try to get creative with herbs and spices rather then fry your food if you are looking to mix up your current diet. Herbs and spices have a lot of health benefits and add negligible calories

You can add oregano, garlic powder, thyme and fresh lemon juice for a Greek flavour. Chilli powder, cumin and garlic powder for a Mexican flavour. Chinese 5 spice powder and soy sauce for an Asian flavour.

The condiments mustard, soy sauce and hot sauce are all virtually calorie free so you can add those to your meals as well.

Like stated above. ..try to not over fry. What is it that you are looking to fry? I think the best flavors come from broiling or grilling. Spices can really add a lot of "spice" to a boring diet. Mess around with different mustards and hot sauces.

coconut oil sunflower oil.

not sure if this is healthier option but I have been using air fryer for years now. It doesn't require any oil to fry but still give it the crispy taste.

depends on the temperature really... Most people think frying olive oil is healthy but they burn the oil and it loses nearly everything... A google search does a nice graph on smoking points and such of oils. I'd just opt for non stick cooking spray then drizzle something like olive oil over it, or your oil of choice

The advantage of the air fryer is that it is not only better for health, but also, it can prepare a lot of different recipes, even desserts. Full list of advantages you can find here -. I think if you start monitoring your health you should definitel know about it.

Yes, with a good approach, you can create anything in terms of nutrition. I've been in bodybuilding for 10 years and I do not limit myself to eating. I eat even French fries at the right proportions and cooking with help of Also, I advise everyone here to try pizza on the meat cake. Yes exactly. This is flying away and you can not be afraid of fat thighs.
