Ok here goes, over the last 3 weeks or so I have had heart palpitations during the day and at night. They mainly occur at rest and only last a couple of seconds then go away. I have cut back on my caffine intake and that seemed to help a little. I have check my blood pressure and it is fine. I knew that this might happen based on what I'ver read. I just wanted to check and see if this is common with other people. Currently running 500 sust and 300 deca a week, presently in week 9 of cycle. As a side note I seem to be sweating a lot now even when not in the gym. Anyone that has any experience with this please let me know.

I sweat at night with Deca, that’s normal. 300mg test/deca is my go to dose. I would drop all caffeine/stimulants and see. Going to doc for blood work and check heart would be a good idea.

As well as the gear are you using any fat burners and or preworkouts?

Hormonal changes can cause heart palpitations. It will settle down once you get your levels stable. Sustanon is a bad choice for you particularly because of the different esters peaking at different times. You will do better with a single ester.

an ekg checks to make sure your heart rate and rhythm are normal. id get one of those done along with comprehensive blood work. could be an anxiety thing tho. youd be surprised lol.
