Heart rate goes up

Its weird after i take a test shot my heart rate will shoot up and stay high for about 3 hours. Do you guys know whats happening and why this occurs?

your body is freaking out cause you just stuck a piece of metal inside it

you need to learn to RELAX. maybe take a hot bath post injection

Your body is having a physical stress reaction. Just mentally prepare yourself ahead of time and just focus on your breathing.

Just mental buddy. It gets easier over time as you get more comfortable injecting.

You are nervous about the injection and giving yourself a mild panic attack. A lot of new steroid users go through the same thing.

Just try to relax man. Have a nice warm relaxing bath before doing the injection
