My apologies ,I should have added my stats I'm new to this stuff , 39 years old 5'11" 245 lbs estimated body fat percentage 8-10 % been training forever ,still prefer heavy training but i also like to incorporate cardio for overall health ,my other passion is family ,hunting and fishing and my freezer is always full of moose, elk and deer the best organic meat on the planet ,thanks again everyone for making me feel welcome !
