Been browsing this site for a couple of hours looks like a good place to register and ask questions, seems like a help is handed out and that's what I'm after :)

I've used thermoLipid that has clen in and gives me the shakes BAD.. I don't like the look of the side effects and long time risks of clen, I've been researching about albuterol and it seems it has the same weight loss effect just not as harsh as clen.

Any advice for me stripping my weight before my wedding, been doing cardio at the gym and hit a wall with weight loss..

Ps anyone know any UK sources for albuterol 😆

Diet and training is number one over any sort of drugs, what are you doing about your diet and training?

GW would help better for a body recomposition than Clen or Albuterol ever could.
 
gym 2-3 times a week 35 minute run about 4.5km 20 minutes cross trainer, lightweight weights high reps, chicken and lean mince for dinner with rice or potato. Im trying just seem to of hit a wall...

Cheers I have asked them via email if they shipped to the uk as I see them advertised on here..

Not as strict as I should be but but I need to up my A game with food tracking...

Clen is definitely harsh on the body. If you just want to trim up I suggest Winny.

Start with 40-50mgs and up it to 80-100mgs after a few weeks for 4-8wks. Note Winny is a bit hard on the liver so avoid drinking and it isn't recommended to go over an 8 week cycle. You can also stack it w test e, I'm coming off a tren cycle with:

test e - 800mg/wk
winny - 80-100mg/wk

Depending on your experience do some research on dosage and if you haven't used it before start lower and see how your body responds. This dose for me is tightening everything up and I'm def trimmer.

It takes months and month of consistency to see real results, especially if you hit a wall, as long as your training and in a deficit and eating clean that's what matters
 
Try some weightlifting that you perceive to be heavy for 8ish reps. Weight train 4-5 days a week and cut down on cardio. That will be a big switch from your current program. If nothing else, a sudden change will hit your system differently, but I believe all that cardio raises cortisol and actually makes fat loss harder. The weight train will burn up lots of calories, plus you'll have an increased afterburn, plus you'll build a little muscle. Just my .02

This advice for you is scary and I don't think this is the road you should go down. Work out the kinks in your diet. Up your protein and lower (but don't take away) your carbs. Instead of doing so much low intensity cardio try weight training with heavier weights followed by some low intensity cardio. Weight training actually burns way way more calories then cardio. Also look into hit cardio and try that. I'll tell you it works. I would steer clear of any "supps" for now...good luck and congrats on your upcoming wedding. Your going to look great in sure.
 
GW is perfect for what you want. It's virtually side effect free, and great for fat loss. 20mg per day will treat you well with the right diet
 
Just recently hit a plateau and started on Albut at 12mg/day. Great pick me up and it does make me feel warmer as my metabolism picks up. But like the others said, change the routine w/ more resistant training (doing a minute of cardio-type movements like jumping jacks/mountain climber etc. at a fast enough pace to just get you by the minute. This would be HIIT). And build our abs in the kitchen bro. Fitness pal is great IMO. also advise on the albuterol- do not get ketotifen along side to restore your receptors. Just cycle it like they say 2wks on- 2wks off. If the warm feeling disapers during the 2 weeks on- its time to start your off cycle( cycle off the same amount of days you were on). Flippin keto killed me. The effects lasted so long I was feeling drowsy throughout the entire day. Sucked for sure.
 
You need to get your calories in check too. Cardio helps but if you're running a surplus you won't lose weight. Some people find albuterol sulfate to be effective but with less sides than clen.
 
Albuterol is a good aid. Better tan clen as far as health and sides, but diet is going to be #1 of course... And plenty of HIIT Id suggest.
